WBL-DEV provides a subscription-based One-Page Mini Website service that allows Clients to publish selected business and contact information on a publicly accessible web page.

By requesting, subscribing to, or using this service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Selected business and contact information supplied by you, including business name, contact person, phone number, mobile number, email address, WhatsApp number, website address, social media links, services, operating hours, images, logos, descriptions, pricing information, location information, and related business content, may be displayed publicly online.
  • This information may be accessible to any person on the internet through direct links, search engines, social media platforms, AI-powered search tools, website archives, and other online services beyond the control of WBL-DEV.
  • The One-Page Mini Website is designed to allow indexing and discovery by search engines such as Google, Bing, and other search providers; however, indexing, rankings, visibility, traffic, enquiries, leads, and search placement are determined solely by those third parties.
  • The purpose of this processing is to provide, maintain, manage, publish, host, and support the One-Page Mini Website service requested by you under a subscription agreement.
  • WBL-DEV may store, process, display, publish, update, maintain, back up, and remove information supplied by you for the duration of the active subscription and for any reasonable period thereafter where required for administrative, legal, security, backup, dispute resolution, accounting, or compliance purposes.
